Should you use games to help you learn German?
What is the best way for anyone to learn anything? Do you remember what types of lessons you were most interested in back when you were still a kid in class? More likely than not, ordinary discussions just didn't cut it for you, and you were most likely interested and participating in the lessons that were fun and encouraged learning. If you're studying a language like German, you've probably encountered all learning aids, like video, the Internet, classes, books, audio language lessons, and more. Why not add more alternatives to your German language lessons by including German language games? You might think games are just for kids, but think about this: learning a new language pretty much transports you back to childhood, when you're learning something new and need a different way to drill the lessons into your mind. So find word games in vocabulary and spelling to improve your German.
